Over the past five years, I’ve partnered with colleges and universities across Canada to design, refresh, and deliver high-quality health programs. My work spans Practical Nursing (PN) and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with a focus on CBE, evidence-informed curriculum, active learning, and regulatory alignment. I have a strong professional passion for inclusive curriculum and excel at embedding anti-racist and Indigenized concepts throughout curriculum recognizing the need for all educators to honour reconciliation and decolonization of traditional health education. My design approach focuses on student centred outcomes and often utilizes Universal Design for Learning approaches in assessments and delivery to reduce barriers for students and educators. Supporting and mentoring faculty can improve retention, improve teaching excellence, and reduce costs. On top of creating curriculum, I also adore supporting educators to develop or renew their love of teaching. Below are examples of recent projects that highlight the depth and breadth of PSI Curriculum Consulting.
